Lumber Mixer

Shift Available – Mon–Fri: 11:45pm–8:15am
Are you looking for an exciting new job opportunity in manufacturing? If so, this position is for you! A local manufacturing facility is looking for a Lumber Mixer to join their team! As a Lumber Mixer, you will prepare and mix raw materials according to production specifications to help meet daily production goals.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and mix raw materials according to production specifications
- Verify materials meet quality standards and identify materials that are out of specification
- Operate and troubleshoot minor issues with mixing equipment
- Move and secure finished products and prepare materials for rework as needed
- Assist production line operators and other departments as needed
- Maintain accurate production records and follow all safety procedures
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- No previous experience required
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to recognize equipment problems
- Ability to obtain a valid lift truck operator's license
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical job duties
- Ability to speak, read, and write English
