We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Mixer / Blender Operator to join a growing food manufacturing team. This position is responsible for measuring, mixing, and blending ingredients according to production specifications while maintaining quality, safety, and cleanliness standards.
Measure, weigh, and prepare ingredients according to recipes and batch instructions.
Operate industrial mixing and blending equipment.
Follow production schedules and ensure batches are completed accurately and on time.
Monitor mixing processes to maintain product consistency and quality.
Complete production paperwork and maintain accurate batch records.
Clean and sanitize equipment and work areas following food safety procedures.
Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and company safety guidelines.
Assist with material handling, inventory, and other production duties as needed.
Identify and report equipment issues or product quality concerns.
Previous experience in food manufacturing, mixing, blending, or machine operation preferred.
Ability to accurately follow recipes, measurements, and written instructions.
Basic math skills and strong attention to detail.
Ability to lift and move ingredients and materials throughout the shift.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Dependable, safety-conscious, and able to work independently or with a team.
Someone who takes pride in their work, pays close attention to detail, and understands the importance of following procedures to produce a consistent, high-quality product.
