Job Description

Oversee daily field operations from project groundbreaking through completion. Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and onsite personnel. Develop and maintain project schedules while ensuring milestone deadlines are met. Conduct site meetings and communicate project progress to stakeholders. Ensure strict compliance with safety standards and company policies. Coordinate inspections and maintain quality control throughout construction. Review construction documents and proactively resolve field challenges. Work closely with Project Managers to maintain budget and schedule objectives. Foster positive relationships with owners, architects, and subcontractors.

The Successful Applicant

5+ years of Superintendent experience with a General Contractor. Proven experience leading ground-up K-12, church, and/or entertainment projects. Strong understanding of construction means and methods, scheduling, and site logistics. Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and maintain project momentum. Knowledge of safety regulations and quality control procedures. Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, or similar construction management software preferred.
