    1. Mid-Level Technician (2+ Years Experience)

    • Hourly Pay: $23.00 – $28.00 / hour

    • Estimated Annual Earnings: $55,000 – $68,000 (with overtime & bonuses)

    • What We Look For: Proficiency in water extraction, setting up containment, thermal/moisture mapping, and running demo power tools independently.

    2. Lead Technician / Crew Chief (4+ Years Experience)

    • Hourly Pay: $28.00 – $35.00+ / hour

    • Estimated Annual Earnings: $70,000 – $90,000+ (with overtime & bonuses)

    • What We Look For: Ability to scope jobs, run crews on-site, manage customer updates, coordinate with insurance adjusters.
