Key Responsibilities

• Lead Production: Direct emergency water extraction, fire/smoke damage cleanup, and mold remediation.
• Field Execution: Perform hands-on technician work alongside your crew to deliver on-time, quality service.
• Project Documentation: Complete daily dry logs, notes, photos, and scope sheets using MICA.
• Team & Client Liaison: Communicate daily with Project Managers, property owners, and insurance adjusters.
• Asset Management: Maintain company vehicles and equipment to ensure longevity and cleanliness.

Basic Requirements

• Experience: Proven experience in mitigation technician work and restoration documentation.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Tools: Reliable personal transportation and a smartphone for basic tech apps.
• Physical Fitness: Ability to lift 75+ lbs, climb ladders, and work comfortably in confined spaces.
• Safety First: Ability to work around standard cleaning chemicals using proper PPE.
• Soft Skills: Strong multitasking abilities, leadership skills, and an accountability-driven mindset.
