Position: Mitigation Technician
Position/Office Location: Lynchburg, VA

The Role
You'll deliver timely, high-quality mitigation services in property emergencies, coordinating closely with team leaders to ensure every customer receives our best during their worst moments.
What You'll Do
- Perform water mitigation, tarping, board-up, mold remediation, and carpet cleaning/reinstallation to Paul Davis and industry standards under the direction of the Mitigation Manager and Lead Technicians
- Deliver excellent customer service with empathy, urgency, and clear communication
- Maintain a clean, fully stocked, and organized truck and all company equipment
- Participate in the on-call rotation and remain accessible by phone
- Assist with warehousing, facility tasks, and supporting teammates wherever the opportunity arises
- Take pride in completing projects, whether it's flood damage, fire damage, or anything in between
