Responsibilities:
- Perform water extraction, mold remediation, and fire damage restoration services.
- Assess damage and develop effective mitigation plans for clients.
- Utilize specialized equipment for drying, dehumidifying, and sanitizing affected areas.
- Document the restoration process and maintain accurate records of work performed.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members throughout the restoration process.
- Follow safety protocols and adhere to industry standards during all operations.
- Participate in ongoing training to stay current with industry advancements.
- Assist with inventory management and equipment maintenance as needed.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications are a plus.
- 1-2 years of experience in restoration, construction, or a related field.
- Knowledge of water and fire damage restoration techniques.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in physically demanding environments and lift heavy equipment.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
- A personal vehicle to get to work is required.
