    The Role: What You'll Do

    As a Mitigation Technician, you are first on site when disaster strikes-fires, floods, and more. You lead the effort to stabilize and restore properties while helping customers through difficult moments.

    You will:

    • Respond to emergency situations and begin mitigation efforts
    • Perform water mitigation, tarping, board-ups, mold remediation, and cleaning services
    • Communicate clearly with customers and show empathy during high-stress situations
    • Work closely with your team to complete projects efficiently and safely
    • Maintain equipment, vehicles, and job sites to company standards

    What It Takes to Succeed

    • Strong work ethic and attention to detail
    • Ability to stay calm, move quickly, and problem-solve in urgent situations
    • Customer-first mindset with strong communication skills
    • Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights/weekends/on-call
    • Ability to lift 75 lbs regularly
    • Valid driver's license with a clean record
    • Restoration experience is a plus-but we will train the right person
