Location: Ketchum, Idaho (onsite)

Schedule: Monday - Friday

Hours: 8-5 PM MST (opportunity for overtime)

Job Type: Full-Time (Contract-to-Hire)

Their innovative approach is creating safer, more efficient autonomous driving solutions, and they are seeking a Test Operator to join their growing team.

We are seeking a motivated and dependable Test Operator to join our team! In this role, you will serve as a key link between our Engineering and Operations teams, ensuring smooth execution of essential test protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a liaison between the Engineering and Operations teams to facilitate test protocol execution.
• Upon successful training and qualification, carry out basic testing without the direct supervision of an engineer.
• Work with integrated hardware and software systems, ensuring everything functions seamlessly.
• Collect and report data accurately to support operational needs and improvements.
• Support the vehicle maintenance process and apply safety protocols.

Ideal Experience:

• Prior experience with test procedures and protocols.
• Basic understanding of Linux systems.
• Comfort with software tools that track tasks to completion.
• Familiarity with hardware and software systems requiring connections and updates.
• A valid state-issued driver’s license (CDL not required).
• An acceptable driving record, with minor infractions.
• Experience in operating standard pickup trucks (experience with heavy equipment or forklifts is a plus).
• Basic familiarity with two-way radios and computers.
• Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• A willingness to learn preventive maintenance techniques and vehicle safety processes.
