Mission Readiness Associate 1

Introduction

The Mission Readiness team is seeking a dedicated individual to support daily fleet operations. This role involves the upkeep of vehicles, organizing test sites, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The position also requires collaboration with the parts and Vehicle Operations teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2 - 4 years of work experience
• Possess and maintain a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and use equipment to move items
• Proven ability to problem solve and perform under pressure
• Excellent written/verbal communication skills
• Prior work experience in a related industry

Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Technical trade school certificate or Associate Degree in automotive repair
• Proficiency with Jira/Confluence/MS Office/Google Suites
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Support company milestones and optimize drive operations across multiple locations
• Ensure vehicles, equipment, and workplace are clean and ready for use
• Provide logistical support for the movement and storage of vehicles and equipment
• Assist with paperwork and documentation related to vehicle readiness
• Perform routine fueling of test vehicles and supporting equipment
• Execute mission prep procedures, including software launches and configuration checks
• Support the readiness of spare parts and associated inventory
• Provide hands-on technical support to BaseOps technicians
• General testing support, including documentation and pre-mission assistance
