Mission Critical - Sr. Project Manager
Michael Page is hiring for a role in the business services industry, based in Houston. Job Description
- Manage all phases of construction projects, including planning, execution, and closeout.
- Develop and maintain project schedules to ensure timely completion.
- Oversee project budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and financial accountability.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to maintain project alignment.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and resolve issues proactively.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns.
- Implement quality control measures to meet and exceed client expectations.

The Successful Applicant
- Strong background in construction project management, ideally within the Industrial, Mission Critical, and Data Center.
- Experience managing multiple projects, budgets, and teams simultaneously.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency with project management tools and software.
- Knowledge of safety and regulatory compliance within the construction field.
