Mission Critical Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Mission Critical Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex mission critical construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing large-scale construction projects, with specific expertise in data center construction. This individual will be responsible for overseeing all phases of the project lifecycle while ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Job Description

  • Lead and manage mission-critical construction projects from initiation to completion.
  • Develop and oversee project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate and communicate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and project specifications.
  • Identify and resolve project-related challenges efficiently.
  • Prepare and present project progress reports to stakeholders.
  • Oversee quality control processes to ensure project standards are met.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records throughout the project lifecycle.

The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in commercial construction.
  • Direct experience managing data center construction projects is required.
  • Demonstrated experience leading mission critical projects involving complex MEP systems, commissioning, and operational turnover.
  • Strong understanding of construction means and methods, scheduling, cost control, and contract administration.
  • Experience with project management software such as Procore, Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
