Mission Critical Project Manager
A leading design-build and construction services organization is seeking an experienced Mission Critical Project Manager to lead complex, large-scale construction projects within the data center and critical infrastructure markets. Job Description
- Lead and coordinate all phases of construction projects from initiation to completion.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and consultants to achieve project goals.
- Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Prepare and present regular project status reports to stakeholders.
- Manage procurement processes, including selecting and negotiating with vendors.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project lifecycle.
