Requirements
5 years of experience in project/program management within security, fire alarm, or construction environments.
Strong understanding of Division 28 systems including CCTV, access control, and life safety systems.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and cross-functional teams.
Experience with material management, procurement workflows, and inventory tracking.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
Ability to operate in fast-paced, high-visibility, mission-critical environments.
Proficiency in project management tools (Smartsheet, Excel, or similar platforms).

Responsibilities:
Responsible for leading mission-critical projects and programs from initiation through closeout.
Ensuring successful delivery of life safety and security systems (Division 28) across high-priority deployments.
Role combines program-level strategy with hands-on project execution, focused on schedule certainty, material readiness, quality assurance, and customer alignment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end delivery of MCT projects including design coordination, material procurement, provisioning, installation, and closeout.
Manage multiple concurrent projects and/or programs with a focus on schedule adherence, cost control, and quality execution.
Develop and maintain project schedules, track milestones, and proactively mitigate risks and constraints.
Ensure full visibility and control of material flow, inventory tracking, and provisioning readiness.
Drive cross-functional alignment between PMO, Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Field Teams.
Oversee documentation including RFIs, change orders, permits, and closeout packages.
Identify, track, and manage project constraints and risks, including schedule and contractual impacts.
Support change order development, scope management, and customer communication.
Ensure compliance with all applicable codes, standards, and safety requirements.
Provide clear and consistent communication to internal stakeholders and customers on project status, risks, and financials.
Act as a leader and mentor within the MCT, driving accountability and continuous improvement.
Support program-level strategy including scalability, process improvement, and operational efficiency.
