Location: Cartersville, Georgia
Position Type: Temporary – Long-Term (12+ months anticipated)
Compensation: $30–$32 per hour, based on experience
Schedule: Mon–Thu: 10-hour shifts; Fri–Sat: 8-hour shifts (may transition to 7–12s)
Overtime: Regular OT available
A day in the life
You roll into a high-security data center project where precision and pace define the day. After the morning safety huddle, you’re mapping runs, bending EMT, pulling wire, and landing terminations to spec. You coordinate with site leads, keep production milestones in sight, and do it all with the detail-first mindset that mission-critical environments demand.
What you'll handle
- Install and route commercial conduit (EMT) with clean, accurate bends
- Perform terminations and panel installations to project standards
- Work efficiently within a large, secure data center construction site
- Follow all site safety protocols and procedures
- Collaborate with crews and supervisors to hit production targets
What you bring
- 5–6 years of verifiable experience as a commercial electrician/mechanic (no helpers or apprentices)
- Commercial construction background; data center experience is a strong plus
- Must be English speaking
- Current OSHA 10 Certification (present physical/digital proof at site orientation)
- Safety-toed boots, dependable transportation, and on-time arrival for daily site orientation
