What Youll Lead
This individual will serve as the face of the mission-critical civil engineering practice, helping establish relationships, win projects, and lead delivery efforts across large-scale campus developments and critical infrastructure programs.
Key areas of responsibility include:
Growing relationships with developers, hyperscalers, contractors, utilities, and energy partners
Leading business development and helping establish the firm within the mission-critical market
Directing civil engineering efforts for complex sites involving grading, drainage, utilities, stormwater systems, floodplain considerations, roadway planning, and permitting
Supporting integration of substations, transmission infrastructure, and on-site power systems
Advising clients on site selection, municipal constraints, permitting strategy, and infrastructure feasibility
Building internal teams, mentoring engineers, and shaping technical delivery standards
Leading fast-track project execution and representing the firm with clients and municipalities
