    ## Position Summary
    C5T is seeking a Mission Assurance (MA) Operations Analyst I to join our
    USTRANSCOM Mission Assurance Team. This department synchronizes risk
    management activities across the Joint Deployment and Distribution
    Enterprise (JDDE) to provide actionable risk information to key decision
    makers. Activities include mission decomposition, risk to mission/risk
    to force assessments, continuity of operations planning, emergency
    management, information operations, policy and governance reviews,
    mission assurance assessments, and the inclusion of cyber risk across
    the spectrum of Mission Assurance related programs and activities.
    Location: Scott Air Force Base, IL (USTRANSCOM HQ). Work will primarily
    take placein secure government workspaces, with occasional telework and
    travel.
    ## Key Responsibilities
    - Serve as a member of an integrated, cross-functional, and dynamic
    team expected to perform in a demanding and time-sensitive
    environment in direct support of the Command's MA Operations Branch
    activities.
    - Adapt to changes in operational tempo across MA Operations Task
    Areas as directed by the Global Operations Center Chief, TCJ3
    Director, and USTRANSCOM Commander.
    - Directly support MA Operations activities including risk to
    mission/risk to force assessments, Common Operational Picture
    requirements, Mission Assurance Working Group facilitation, MA
    activity monitoring and reporting, Counter-Small Unmanned Aircraft
    Systems, and the Vendor Threat Mitigation Program.
    - Provide continuous integrated process and program improvement as
    opportunities are discovered.
    - Document activities in accordance with applicable policies and
    ensure compliance with security requirements.
    - Support after-action reviews and contribute recommendations for
    corrective actions.
    ## Required Qualifications
    - Active Top-Secret security clearance (or the ability to obtain and
    maintain).
    - Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, cybersecurity, or a
    related field (additional experience may be considered in lieu of
    degree).
    - Minimum of 4 years of direct mission assurance experience.
    - Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
    - Strong communication, leadership, and presentation skills.
    - Exceptional time-management and task prioritization skills.
    - Strong interpersonal skills to interact with customers and team
    members.
    ## Desired Qualifications
    - Experience coordinating issues with multiple military services and
    combatant command staffs.
    - Experience at USTRANSCOM or its Component Commands.
    - Confidence in drafting and briefing analysis to senior executives
    (General Officer level).
