We are looking for an initiative-taking CAD Detailer/Drafts-person to join our fast-paced design and engineering team.

Your Day Will Include:

As a Miscellaneous Metals CAD Detailer, you will translate architectural and structural plans into accurate, fabrication-ready shop drawings and erection plans. You will work closely with project managers, estimators, and our shop floor to ensure all metal components are code-compliant, constructible, and detailed to perfection.

What You Need to Bring to the Table

Experience: Minimum of 2-3+ years of dedicated experience drafting and detailing miscellaneous metals or structural steel.

Software Proficiency:Tekla/Trimble/AutoCAD

Industry Knowledge: Strong baseline understanding of steel fabrication methods, field installation constraints, and common building codes.

Technical Aptitude: Ability to read complex blueprints and visualize structures in a 3D environment.

Soft Skills: Detail-oriented, self-motivated mindset with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
