Misc Metals Shop Manager

Location: Northeast Florida (Daytona area)

Position Overview

Our client, an established misc metals fabricator, is looking for a Misc Metals Shop Manager to join their team in the Northeast Florida (Daytona area) area. This is a permanent, full-time role.

Responsibilities

• Run day-to-day shop production and crews
• Plan workflow, quality and safety in the shop
• Work with PMs to hit fabrication schedules

Qualifications

• 5+ years of fabrication shop leadership
• Ability to read shop drawings
• Strong safety and quality focus
