Our current need is for experienced Millwrights and Welders. The ideal employee will have skills, knowledge, experience, and tools for general millwright work. This job location is Hazelton PA, so reliable transportation is a must. Per diem will be available for candidates who qualify.
Job Duties include working a facility shut down. This would include installing, maintaining, and tearing out existing equipment, machinery moves, and installation of new equipment. These projects require overtime and are looking for driven team members to complete projects on deadline.
- This would also include tearing down, repairing, and installing other new machinery within a facility.
- Familiarity with tools of the trade including but not limited to grinders, forklifts, overhead cranes, welders.
- Ideal candidates would have field experience with rigging and signaling.
- Structural welding background and mechanical aptitude is a plus. Candidates will need to have working knowledge of basic electrical and mechanical trade repairs.
- Ability to work effectively at heights.
- Safety-minded craftsmen that can work well in a team setting.
- Ability work safe and effective in a team environment.
