    ️ Position Overview

    We are seeking a skilled Industrial Millwright to support the installation, maintenance, and repair of industrial machinery. This role is essential to ensuring safe, efficient, and reliable operations across our facility.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Installation & Assembly — Install, align, dismantle, and relocate stationary industrial machinery and mechanical equipment according to specifications. Interpret blueprints and schematic drawings to determine proper work procedures.

    • Maintenance & Repair — Perform routine maintenance and repairs on mechanical systems such as conveyors, pumps, and hydraulic equipment. Troubleshoot issues to reduce downtime and extend equipment life.

    • Preventative Maintenance — Conduct scheduled preventative maintenance to ensure machinery operates safely and efficiently.

    • Safety Compliance — Follow all safety regulations and company policies. Participate in safety audits and maintain a clean, hazard‑free work environment.

    • Documentation — Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and assist with spare‑parts and tool inventory management.

    Required Skills & Qualifications

    • Education Requirements — High school diploma or equivalent required. Completion of a millwright apprenticeship or related technical program preferred.

    • Experience — Prior experience in a maintenance or millwright role strongly preferred. Familiarity with hydraulic and pneumatic systems is beneficial.

    • Technical Skills — Strong mechanical aptitude; ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics; proficient with hand and power tools.

    • Problem‑Solving — Excellent troubleshooting abilities and attention to detail for diagnosing and resolving mechanical issues.

    • Communication — Strong teamwork and communication skills for effective collaboration with maintenance staff and other departments.
