We are seeking a highly skilled Oregon Journeyman Millwright to join our Maintenance Department and help ensure the smooth operation of our facility. Qualifications, Requirements, & Responsibilities:
- Must be carded (certified Millwright).
- Minimum 4 years of industrial millwright experience or comparable training in wood products manufacturing (preferred).
- Proficient in welding, cutting, troubleshooting, and machinery operation.
- Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical systems, equipment, and facility infrastructure.
- Work with hydraulic, pneumatic, and conveyor systems to ensure operational efficiency.
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical issues quickly to minimize downtime.
- Perform preventative maintenance and keep detailed records of repairs.
- Weld, fabricate, and modify equipment as needed.
- Operate machinery when necessary for troubleshooting and testing.
- Maintain clear communication with maintenance, production, and management personnel to achieve company goals.
- Must be able to work any shift (day, swing, graveyard, or relief) as needed in the department.
- Must be able to work overtime, including nights, weekends, and holidays, when required.

Physical Demands:
- Ability to work in extreme temperatures, dusty and noisy conditions, heights, and confined spaces.
- Comfortable lifting 2-50 lbs regularly, climbing ladders, and standing for 10-13 hours per shift.
- Comfortable standing for extended periods.
