The Millwork Project Manager will oversee and coordinate all aspects of millwork projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and meet quality standards.

The client is a design- build firm specializing in commercial, retail, hospitality, and architectural millwork projects.

Description

• Manage millwork heavy commercial construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to streamline project execution.
• Review and interpret design plans, drawings, and specifications for accuracy and feasibility.
• Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly.
• Conduct site visits to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Prepare and present project updates and reports to stakeholders.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and expectations effectively.
• Ensure adherence to all regulatory and compliance requirements.

Profile

A successful Millwork Project Manager should have:
