Mill Shut-Down Laborers

Shutdown time is go-time—hiring laborers that get it done right!

American Workforce Group has partnered with a local mill in Longview, WA looking for Laborers for an upcoming shutdown. If you are a motivated, qualified individual, we want you!

Description for Laborers:

• Assist with equipment shutdown and startup procedures.
• Perform cleaning, maintenance, and repair tasks on machinery.
• Support skilled trades including millwrights, welders, and electricians.
• Handle tools, materials, and equipment setup.

Details for Laborers:

• Pay: $20.00/hour
• Schedule: April 18th - 24th
• Shift Hours: 12-hour shifts

Requirements for Laborers:

• Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs consistently.
• Ability to follow complex directions and work long hours.
• Strong safety-conscious mindset.
• Must be comfortable working in confined spaces.
