Pay and schedule

• First year earnings: $106,000/year to $116,000/year DOE
• Includes hourly pay, bi-weekly production bonus, shift premiums, and 354 hours of scheduled annual overtime
• Rotating shifts: days, nights, and two consecutive weekends per month (Dupont 4/3 schedule)

What you will tackle

• Perform complex mechanical work: dismantle, repair, lubricate, reassemble, and execute general maintenance across mill assets.
• Operate equipment to assess performance, confirm faults, and determine repair vs. replacement.
• Own preventive maintenance: inspections, cleaning, lubrication, and adjustment of feed, speed, and power input/output.
• Install, tear down, replace, repair, and assemble equipment, parts, components, and accessories.
• Spot and report faulty materials, environmental hazards, and improper machine operation.

What you bring

• Ramsey mechanical maintenance test completed.
• 3–5 years maintaining heavy industrial machinery.
• Hands‑on knowledge: AC/DC motors, gearbox mechanics, lubrication, welding, cutting torch, NFPA 70E, standard maintenance tools.
• Fluency with pumps; hydraulic and pneumatic systems; stick and TIG welding; rigging principles.
• Clear communicator and team player with supervisors, engineers, maintenance, and operators.
