Job Title: Wood Production Laborer
Pay: $19.50/hour
Hours: Monday – Thursday, 6:45 AM – 5:15 PM

As a Wood Production Laborer, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining efficient production operations. You’ll work closely with your team to ensure the quality and timely processing of wood products, contributing directly to the company’s success.

What You’ll Do
As a Wood Production Laborer, you will be responsible for

• Operating a bander to secure product shipments
• Manually sorting and stacking pieces of wood weighing approximately 1 lb each
• Performing other production and facility duties as assigned by the supervisor

What You’ll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have

• Previous mill or production experience is a plus
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and a team-oriented attitude
• Ability to handle repetitive manual sorting and stacking tasks throughout the shift
