Job Title: Mill Laborer (Swing Shift)


Pay: $18/hour - Roll over to $19/hr when hired on permanent!


Hours: Monday – Thursday (With Every Other Friday), 4 PM – 3 AM

As a Mill Laborer, you'll support daily mill operations by helping keep production flowing smoothly. From material handling to quality checks, you'll play an important role in producing high-quality lumber while maintaining safety and efficiency standards.


What You'll Do


As a Mill Laborer, you will be responsible for:

• Monitoring production lines to ensure lumber is aligned and safely processed
• Moving and transferring materials, including sticks and logs, efficiently across work areas
• Identifying and separating broken or damaged wood from usable materials during inspection
• Assisting with general mill operations to uphold productivity and safety protocols
• Supporting team members with various tasks as needed in a busy sawmill setting
