As a Mill Laborer, youll support production flow, material handling, and quality control in a fast-paced sawmill environment. This entry-level opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys physical work and being on their feet throughout the day.
As a Mill Laborer, you will be responsible for:
- Monitoring production lines to ensure boards are aligned and uncrossed for safe operation.
- Moving materials, including transferring sticks from baskets to designated locations efficiently.
- Identifying and separating broken or damaged wood from usable materials during the edger picking process.
- Assisting with overall mill operations to maintain productivity and safety standards.
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
- A high energy level and a strong work ethic.

- The ability to consistently lift and maneuver 50+ lbs.
- Reliability and punctuality as key attributes.
