As a Mill Helper, you'll support efficient production by assisting with machine setup, handling materials, and completing quality checks. You'll work closely with machine operators and the production team to deliver safe, high-quality results.

What You'll Do
As a Mill Helper, you will be responsible for

• Assist operators with machine setup and material coil loading.
• Cut, stack, band, and wrap materials and finished products.
• Perform quality checks using technical drawings and inspection sheets.
• Operate jib cranes and complete exit-end racking setup and teardown.
• Maintain equipment and work areas to support a safe, clean production environment.

What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have

• Experience using tape measures, calipers, and micrometers.
• The ability to read and understand part drawings, manufacturing orders, and quality check sheets.
• Strong basic math skills and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• The ability to lift and move up to 100 pounds, along with dependable attendance; a high school diploma or GED is preferred.

Location & Schedule
