We are looking for a reliable, confident agent to serve as a trusted advisor and committed partner for our clients every step of the way.
Responsibilities
- Graduate from PLACE Launch
- Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes
- Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers
- Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
- Conduct two open houses monthly
- Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market home
- Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services
Qualifications
Who You Are:
- You "Get" the Life: Ideally, you are a military spouse, veteran, brat or very familiar with military life experiences. You understand what a PCS move actually feels like.
- You Are a Local Expert: You know (or are ready to learn) the "ins and outs" of San Antonio and Bulverde—from the best coffee shops to the top-rated school districts.
- You Are Service-Oriented: You care more about helping someone find the right home the first time than just closing a deal.
- You Are a Problem Solver: Long-distance moves require virtual tours, detailed checklists, and high-level communication. You’re ready to deliver.
