About the Role:
As the Milieu Counselor, you'll be the heart of the therapeutic milieu at PREP. From running groups and planning activities to welcoming new participants and helping guide them through their recovery journey, you'll ensure that every client feels supported, seen, and part of a community. You'll work closely with the clinical team to promote recovery-focused routines, foster peer-to-peer connection, and uphold program expectations in ways that are relational, consistent, and empowering.
