| Job Description: | Max Bill Rate: $75.00 Location: Phoenix/Dallas/Columbus Duration: 6 months Role Duration: Migration Engineer Role Descriptions: • Hands-on ShareGate Migrate Pro: job configuration, mapping files, incremental and delta passes, activation management within the licensed machine count • Microsoft Migration Manager: agent deployment, jump-box and local-agent topology, task scheduling • Windows file server and SMB share administration; NTFS ACL interpretation • Pre-migration scanning and error-log analysis; root-causing timeouts, failures and skipped items • Metadata fidelity — created and modified dates, authorship, versioning, permission inheritance • Illegal-character, long-path and unsupported-file-type remediation • OneDrive sync client troubleshooting: sync conflicts, cached-file issues, client reset • Post-migration reconciliation — file counts, spot validation, delta reporting • Working PowerShell for job automation and log parsing Desirable Skills: Migration job execution, agent fleet, incremental and delta passes.
