    MIG Welder / Production Associate

    We are seeking a dependable, hardworking MIG Welder to join a fast-paced production team. This position involves MIG welding 2-inch metal parts and assisting with other production duties throughout the workday. Candidates must be flexible and willing to perform non-welding tasks as needed.

    Schedule:

    • Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM

    • Overtime on Fridays as needed

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Perform MIG welding on 2-inch metal parts

    • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, or production specifications as needed

    • Inspect completed welds for quality and accuracy

    • Follow all production specifications and safety procedures

    • Assist with assembly, material handling, and other production tasks when not welding

    • Maintain a clean and organized work area

    • Work cooperatively with supervisors and team members

    • Meet daily quality and production expectations

    Requirements:

    • Previous MIG welding experience required

    • Blueprint-reading experience preferred; candidates may be required to read and interpret blueprints

    • Ability to produce consistent, quality welds

    • Willingness to perform welding and non-welding production duties

    • Strong teamwork skills and a good work ethic

    • Dependable transportation and excellent attendance

    • Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a manufacturing environment

    • Steel-toed footwear required

    • Must successfully complete a background check and drug screen
