Job Description

Ø  Manual MIG welding of steel products.

Ø  Operating of hand tools (e.g., grinder, clincher, hammer etc.)

Ø  Other duties as assigned by management

This position requires pushing/pulling and lifting/carrying between 10 and 50lbs repeatedly, the position requires constant standing, walking, bending, twisting, reaching and squatting.

Experience:

Ø  Must work well in a team orientated manufacturing and office environment.

Ø  Able to read, write and communicate in English

Ø  Basic Math skills required.

Ø  Knowledge of and ability to use basic tools (squares, clamps, grinders, tape measures etc).

Ø  Knowledge of and ability to use a MIG Welder.

Ø  Must be able to read Production blueprints

Ø  Must be able to read a tape measure to accuracy of 1/16^th.

Ø  1-2 years’ experience in working in manufacturing environment
