Associated Staffing is hiring a MIG Welder for a manufacturing facility in Hastings, NE! Set up and operate MIG welding equipment in a manufacturing environment.
Work with automated and robotic welding systems to complete production tasks.
Monitor welding machines to ensure proper operation and consistent weld quality.
Inspect finished components for quality and accuracy.
Follow production instructions and workplace safety procedures.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Assist with additional manufacturing duties as needed.
Previous MIG welding, machine operation or manufacturing experience preferred.
Ability to operate and monitor automated production equipment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
Ability to follow instructions and work in a team-oriented environment.
