Job Title: MIG Welder
Pay: $22.00 – $29.00 per hour, DOE
Hours: Monday - Friday, 5:00AM - 3:30PM
Start Date: ASAP

As a MIG Welder, you'll play a hands-on role in creating high-quality steel components and assemblies. You'll work closely with a dedicated team to ensure each project meets safety and quality standards, contributing to the production of critical industrial equipment.

What You'll Do
As a Welder Fabricator, you will be responsible for

• Performing MIG welding on steel components in flat, vertical, and overhead positions
• Reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and weld symbols
• Fitting, aligning, and preparing materials for welding
• Operating shop equipment such as grinders, torches, and cutting tools
• Inspecting welds to ensure quality and structural integrity
• Monitoring welding processes to prevent defects and maintain consistency
• Assisting with material handling using overhead cranes or forklifts
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Following all safety protocols and production standards

What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have

• 2+ years of welding experience required
• Strong MIG welding skills, especially on steel
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and weld specifications
• Experience working with heavy metal components
• Familiarity with fabrication tools and shop equipment
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs and stay active throughout the shift
• Overhead crane or forklift experience a plus
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
