Role Description The Midlevel Associate Attorney will work full time in a hybrid capacity, with primary responsibilities based at the firm’s Newport Beach, CA office and some work-from-home flexibility. Day-to-day tasks include drafting and reviewing legal documents, conducting legal research and analysis, and preparing memoranda, pleadings, and correspondence. The attorney will provide legal advice to clients, assist with case strategy, and actively participate in negotiations, hearings, and meetings as needed. The role involves collaborating with partners and other team members, managing assigned matters and deadlines, and maintaining clear, professional communication with clients and opposing counsel.\n
Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Law, with the ability to interpret and apply statutes, regulations, and case law.

- Experience or coursework in Labor and Employment Law, including familiarity with workplace policies and compliance issues.

- Demonstrated ability to provide clear, practical Legal Advice tailored to client needs and risk considerations.
- \n
- Proficiency in legal Research, including using electronic databases and synthesizing complex information into actionable insights.
- \n
- Effective Negotiation skills, with the ability to advocate for client interests in settlements, contracts, and dispute resolution.

- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and active membership in the California Bar (or eligibility to obtain promptly).

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail and organization.

- Ability to manage multiple matters, meet deadlines, and work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment.
