Evansville Community School District is a PreK-12 District located in historic Evansville, Wisconsin. ECSD educates approximately 1,600 learners in an elementary, intermediate, middle, and high school. ECSD believes in the equitable distribution of all students in general education environments. The Middle School Wrestling Coach will provide direction and help oversee the Middle School Wrestling Program. Coaching candidates will be expected to have a visible commitment to our student-athletes and ECSD, while exhibiting strong interpersonal and leadership skills. The ECSD is looking for coaches who have a great ability to build relationships with players and the community. Candidates will be expected to demonstrate the ability to coach and motivate players in order to grow, not only in the are of sport, but in the classroom as well. Teaching skills, technique, and team concepts will be valued alongside instilling character traits that will push every student-athlete to become high character young adults. An emphasis will be placed on creating a positive experience for the student-athletes and being an ambassador to the entire Wrestling Program.
