Job Overview
The Teacher Special Education ABC Middle School will provide instruction in academic behavior, social, and self-care skills to students with disabilities using a variety of teaching techniques, materials, and equipment. Academic Behavior and Communication ABC services are designed to provide intensive educational services for students that require a highly structured environment. Students with ABC services typically demonstrate significant repetitive, stereotypical, or challenging behaviors, little to no functional communication skills, high need for visual/physical structure, and the need for ready-to-learn behavioral skills.
Any teacher who will coach a UIL sport will also provide athletic services related to that athletic sport and the athletic program.
