About the role
You will teach math to middle school students in small classes, and support character development rooted in the mission and values of Eman Schools.
- Deliver engaging, rigorous math instruction aligned with Indiana Academic Standards.
- Plan differentiated lessons and use assessment data to meet the needs of all learners.
- Maintain strong classroom management and high academic expectations.
- Monitor student progress and communicate regularly with families.
- Collaborate with middle school colleagues and school leadership.
What we are looking for
- Bachelors degree or higher (mathematics, education or a related field preferred).
- Strong content knowledge in middle school math (pre algebra and algebra).
- Classroom teaching experience preferred, ideally in grades 6 to 8.
- A teaching license is a plus but not required. Teachers from any state and career changers with strong math backgrounds are welcome to apply.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Available to start immediately and committed to finish the school year.
