More than 2,650 students attend our schools because of high expectations and award winning academic, arts and athletic programs. Paducah Schools boast 100% highly qualified teachers; fifty-three percent have master's degrees; twenty three percent hold Rank 1 certification, and nine teachers hold National Board Certification. PTHS ranks as a top provider in the state of quality Advanced Placement classes. The 2011 graduates earned over $3 million in scholarships. The buildings have been renovated to update energy efficiency, to reduce energy costs and to support the technology required in today's learning environment.
