Position Title: Middle School Associate Principal/Activities Director

INTERVIEW DETAILS: Interviews for this position will be held on Friday, June 19, 2026.

Qualifications:

Required Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree with academic training in educational administration and the middle school level learner.
  • Valid Wisconsin Principal license (5051).
  • Minimum of five (5) years of related experience.
  • Background or experience in athletics.
  • Valid driver's license.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Demonstrated leadership and sportsmanship skills.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Current working knowledge of state and federal regulations related to athletic programs.
  • Knowledge of all aspects of sports.

  • Direct oversight of the Middle School co-curricular activities
  • Establish and schedule all Middle School co-curricular activities.

Reports To: Middle School Principal

Supervision Responsibilities: This position will directly supervise Middle School certified staff and non-certified staff, and co-curricular advisors, coaches and assistants.

Terms of Employment: This is a year-round position (260 day contract). Annual salary for this position will be $113,237 (pro-rated if starting after July 1). Benefits per the Employee Handbook.
