Position Title: Middle School Associate Principal/Activities Director

Qualifications:
Required Qualifications:
- Master's Degree with academic training in educational administration and the middle school level learner.
- Valid Wisconsin Principal license (5051).
- Minimum of five (5) years of related experience.
- Background or experience in athletics.
- Valid driver's license.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Demonstrated leadership and sportsmanship skills.
- Effective communication skills.
- Current working knowledge of state and federal regulations related to athletic programs.
- Knowledge of all aspects of sports.

- Direct oversight of the Middle School co-curricular activities
- Establish and schedule all Middle School co-curricular activities.

Reports To: Middle School Principal
Supervision Responsibilities: This position will directly supervise Middle School certified staff and non-certified staff, and co-curricular advisors, coaches and assistants.
Terms of Employment: This is a year-round position (260 day contract). Annual salary for this position will be $113,237 (pro-rated if starting after July 1). Benefits per the Employee Handbook.
