    Requirements / Qualifications

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS • A proven verifiable record of positive staff, student, parent co-worker and/or administrative support and relationships. • A proven verifiable record of placing appropriate emphasis on good sportsmanship, academic excellence, positive attitudes and character. • A demonstrated ability to serve as a positive role model for student athletes and a commitment to holding all students and adults associated with the program to the same standards. • A long term commitment to develop and sustain a positive, winning tradition. SPECIFIC JOB DUTIES Please download the attached job description for complete job duties. EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION • Possession of a valid California teaching credential and EL authorization • Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited college or university • Fingerprints on file as required by State Law • TB Skin Test as required by State Law. • Frist Aid & CPR • NFHS Certificates

    JOB REQUIREMENTS: The following certifications must be completed before assuming individual coaching duties: • Fingerprints (Will be done upon selection of candidate) • First Aid and CPR (CPR must be an in-person course AND Both First Aid and CPR must be from the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross) • NFHS Fundamentals of Coaching Certification • NFHS Concussion in Sports Certification • NFHS Heat Illness Prevention Certification • NFHS Sudden Cardiac Arrest Certification • Current T.B. examination • Mandated Child Abuse Reporter Certification (Will be done upon selection of candidate) Applications from qualified candidates are invited.
