Bosque School is seeking enthusiastic and student-centered coaches to join our Athletics Department. Coaches play an important role in developing student-athletes both on and off the field, court, course, and competition platform. Successful candidates will support the school’s mission while promoting teamwork, leadership, skill development, and a commitment to excellence.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES - Create a safe, positive, and inclusive environment for student-athletes.
- Plan and lead practices, skill development sessions, and competition preparation.
- Support student-athlete growth, sportsmanship, teamwork, and leadership.
- Communicate effectively with athletes, families, officials, and athletic department staff.
- Ensure compliance with Bosque School, NMAA, and applicable league requirements.
- Assist with team logistics, equipment management, and game-day responsibilities.
- Serve as a positive role model and representative of Bosque School.
- Uphold the mission, core values, and Equity, Community, and Culture (ECC) Principles and Best Practices of Bosque School.
QUALIFICATIONS - Coaching experience or related athletic experience preferred.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively with middle and/or upper school students.
- Commitment to creating a positive and inclusive student experience.
- Ability to collaborate with colleagues, families, and school personnel.
- Required certifications and clearances must be obtained prior to the season.
