Securitization Middle Office Operations Consultant

A financial services company located in New York is seeking a Securitization Middle Office Operations Consultant for a long term temp position with opportunity for permanent conversion.

The role involves transaction management, invoicing, cash management, reconciliations, commercial paper issuance, etc. The successful candidate will support securitization operations by ensuring accurate and timely processing of transactions, maintain and reconcile records related to securitization deals, collaborate with internal teams to resolve any discrepancies or issues, assist in preparing reports and documentation for compliance and audit purposes, monitor and manage operational workflows to meet deadlines, and provide assistance in implementing process improvements for operational efficiency.
