Description

Job Description:
  • Under minimal supervision, provides accounting and trading support activities for funds of moderate complexity.
  • Performs reviews of moderately complex documents processed from across the Bank to confirm compliance with established processes and procedures.
  • Reviews moderate volume of documents to ensure processors followed established procedures and took on minimal risk. Leverages some knowledge of processes of procedures to confirm findings.
  • Tracks fund data and trades. Maintains records of moderate complexity in accordance with department policies and procedures.
  • Searches for fail points in processes and drafts error reports to be provided to clients. Has some knowledge of compliance rules and service level agreements.

  • Able to effectively multitask, prioritize competing deadlines, and deliver accurate work in a high-volume environment.
  • Brings a curious, adaptable, and proactive approach to learning, process improvement, and collaboration across teams.
  • Bachelors or equivalent combination of education and experience is required

Nice-To-Haves
  • Mutual Fund experience preferred
  • Prior Financial services experience preferred
  • Bachelors degree preferred
  • Experience in financial services, operations, or accounting-related support roles.
  • Familiarity with reconciliation or transaction-based operational processes.
  • Exposure to process improvement initiatives, automation, or AI-enabled tools that support operational efficiency and analysis.

Additional Information:
  • Duration: 6 month contract opportunity
  • Hybrid Work Model: 4 days onsite required weekly in Downtown Pittsburgh office
  • Rate Range: $25-30/hr. W2 (based on experience)
