We are seeking a Mid-Senior Transmission Line Engineer to support the design and execution of high-voltage transmission line projects. This position will be responsible for engineering analysis, design development, and project delivery while working closely with internal teams and utility clients.

Key Responsibilities:
Design and analyze overhead transmission line projects from concept through construction support
Develop transmission line models and engineering designs using the PLS-CADD suite (PLS-CADD, PLS-POLE, and PLS-TOWER)
Perform routing studies, sag-tension analysis, structure loading, and clearance evaluations
Prepare engineering calculations, reports, drawings, and construction packages
Coordinate with internal engineering teams, clients, and project stakeholders
Review project deliverables for technical accuracy and compliance with applicable standards
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and designers
Support project schedules, budgets, and overall project execution
Assist with field support, design reviews, and issue resolution during construction
Key Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering
Professional Engineer (PE) license required
6+ years of transmission line engineering experience required; 9+ years preferred
Strong experience with the PLS-CADD software suite
Experience designing high-voltage transmission line systems
Working knowledge of NESC standards and utility design practices
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
