Description

Segra is searching for a qualified and experienced Mid Market Account Manager to join us in a full-time capacity.Location Requirement: Onsite Denver, CORole Overview:The Mid-arket Account Manager (MAM) is responsible for retaining and growing revenue within an existing customer base by building strong relationships, identifying expansion opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role carries a new revenue quota and focuses on driving uplift revenue while minimizing churn across assigned accounts.You'll serve as the primary point of contact for mid-market customers, working closely with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet evolving business needs.What You'll Do
