What you'll do:

• Own and manage the full-sales-cycle (e.g. opportunity creation, qualification, discovery, product demonstration, pricing and proposals, negotiation, closed won/lost, etc.) and sales outcomes within AgentSync's culture and values - most especially, Customer Love
• Generate pipeline at high velocity in HUGE greenfields within a small team focused across the entire insurance company landscape
• Collaborate closely and effectively with customers via a consultative, solution selling, customer journey continuity approach during every phase of the sales cycle
• Manage sales cycles using the MEDDIC sales methodology
• Intimately understand our customers’ goals, current business processes and solutions, pain and gain points, budgets, and business outcomes they’re trying to solve for with AgentSync
• Communicate clearly and accurately with internal teams re: your new sales pipeline generation, current sales pipeline/funnel updates, accurate forecasting, new prospective customer requirements, and closed-loop product feature feedback, etc
• Create and iterate on foundational best practice process, tools, measurement, and the critical foundations of a world-class Sales function

What you'll bring:

• 3+ Years B2B SaaS experience in Senior Account Executive/Sales roles
• 1+ years in insurance, financial services, compliance, legal, consulting etc. (legacy industries)
• 3+ Years Salesforce platform power user
• Excellent data-driven, process-driven, methodical, and consultative sales process and mechanics
• Strong pipeline generation, management, and forecasting skills
• Demonstrated top performer
• Team Captain mentality

LocationThis is a hybrid position and is open to candidates living within 25 miles of our office in RiNo. Candidates for this role will work on our hybrid schedule Tu, Wed., Th. in office, and M, F work from home.

Total Compensation

The following represents AgentSync’s reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation for this role.

$100-110K base salary

Variable commission plan
