    What will you be doing?

    • Handling substantive trust and estate litigation matters (will/trust contests, breach of fiduciary duty, elder abuse, removal actions) with growing independence
    • Representing trustees, executors, administrators, and beneficiaries in probate litigation
    • Collaborating with senior attorneys on case strategy, briefing, and trial preparation
    • Developing direct client relationships and communication skills
    • Contributing to the growth and development of a small, expanding practice group

    Key Requirements

    • 4-6 years of trust and estate litigation experience — this is not a crossover role; you must already know trust litigation
    • Active membership in the State Bar of California (in good standing)
    • Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
    • Collaborative mindset and desire to grow into a leadership role within the group
    • Excellent reputation for integrity and collegiality among bench and bar
